☀ Keeping Cool in the Warm Weather ☀
It’s a warm one out there, Risca!

Remember to take care of yourself in the heat:

💧 Stay hydrated – we have cold water available in the clinic if you need a top-up.
🧢 Wear light clothing & a hat if you’re out and about.
🌳 Seek shade during the hottest part of the day (usually 11am–3pm).
🌬 Keep indoor spaces cool by closing blinds and opening windows when it’s cooler outside.
