For years, I thought I was doing everything right!!
Eat less.
Train more.
Be disciplined.
But behind the scenes?
I was struggling with an eating disorder, obsessive exercising and a completely unhealthy relationship with food.
I wasn’t thriving… I was just coping.
And here’s what I see now, especially with women reaching their 40s…
So many are still stuck in that same cycle.
Undereating.
Overtraining.
Or worse,,,given up.
Frustrated that the body fat won’t shift like it used to.
The truth?
Your body doesn’t need more restriction… it needs a smarter approach.
That’s exactly why I’m now training to become a qualified personal trainer.
Not to push extremes.
But to help women like you:
• lose body fat without cutting everything out
• build strength and confidence
• understand what your body actually needs in this stage of life
Because sustainable results come from working with your body… not fighting it.
