3 years ago today I opened the doors at Jacinta Holistic Therapies and what a 3 years it’s been. With over 1000 clients on The Client List, countless of specialist courses and qualifications obtained, and recently, I was made in partnership with Nordesthetics Clinic in Lithuania to provide specialist MLD massage in post-op to their patients returning to the UK after having plastic surgery, I think that’s a pretty good achievement! A big thank you to my family and friends for supporting me over the last 3 years and most of all my lovely clients, who I absolutely love and care for, without you, I wouldn’t be where I am today x Best wishes, Sarah ###

Acupuncture: Surround the Dragon 🐉

So, for a few years now; when I hit Perimenopause (8 years ago) my skin started to break in places on my legs. I’ve been to the doctors and paid to see a private skin specialist to see what I could do about it. I’ve tried several different recommended creams but nothing has worked. Therefore I decided to take half an hour out of my day once a week to administer “Surround the Dragon” recipe of acupuncture to myself and just look at the difference!!! It’s almost healed I’m absolutely amazed I really thought this would not work (I had 0 faith - don’t know why?) I absolutely love acupuncture. Its worked so well for my hair growth too. ♥️
