I am now a qualified 10 of Zen Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher! My first sessions will be for The Cancer Bank, starting September 15th in Rishton (see the previously posted advert). If you're interesting in coming along, let me know. We will be de-stressing from our busy lives and relaxing amongst friends. This is a free session, everyone is welcome, you don't need to have any link to anyone with cancer, it's part of the Cancer Bank prevention programme. I'll look forward to seeing you there!

Hello! 👋 I've been very quiet on here for the past few months but the business has still been jogging along.

💤 In April I did a health talk for Cancer Bank ( Dan Theobalds ) about improving sleep and we plan to continue with the programme in the coming months.

🌹 The ladies and I finished our series of hormone balance workshops in May and following this, whilst snowed under with marking assignments for my job teaching health and social care, I was plotting the next step for NT Health Coaching.

🙂 Over summer I'm completing the training course Mindfulness for Busy Modern Lives so that I can start to provide mindfulness sessions on a pay-as-you-go basis - more about that coming soon!

⭐️ Some sessions will be provided free of charge by the Cancer Bank so keep an eye out here or on the Cancer Bank page for those.
