A couple of dates coming up in Robertsbridge for this.....

📍 Coming to Rural Rother this August!

We’ll to be supporting Sussex Outreach Support's Health & Wellbeing Information Drop-In events throughout August — helping bring healthcare information and resources closer to home.

We'll be joining in with other fantastic organisations to:

✅ Share resources about local MSK services
✅ Help people understand how to access care
✅ Support self-referral where possible
✅ Provide leaflets and booklets for common MSK conditions
✅ Signpost you to local opportunities to support your health and wellbeing

We’ll be out and about in Robertsbridge, Etchingham, and Battle — pop by for a chat!

How is your week going? Has your baby been feeding non stop today? Remember your breastmilk is their drink as well as nutrition and your milk cleverly adapts to suit their needs! So if they need a little more hydration, it will change accordingly ❤️. It can seem tough but just go with the extra feeds and you'll ensure your baby is well hydrated.

Come tomorrow, meet others, know what to expect and get expert support if you need it. Our IBCLC lactation consultant and peer supporter will both be on hand to help you achieve your goals. We are an NHS recommended group.

We are on the train line so easy to get to if you don't drive, and if you do, parking is easily available on George Hill.
