Allotmenting in the rain, perfect way to finish the week picking sweet peas with wet feet and the sounds of thunder rumbling in the background listening to the birds gentle song all around completely immersed in nature. As the rain falls and hydrates everything it touches there is a sense of connection between everything and all.

There is something quite magical about immersing yourself in nature. Looking under the things looking above the tree lines and acknowledging that all things that grow from the Earth are here to heal, help and aid us for our greatest good. Each living thing has a vibrational energy running through it when you allow your vibration to sync with that of nature a calming effect occurs, the colours the smells can help realign your connection to all . serotonin is released within the body among many other benefits you are one again. This little beauty is wild Viola and pretty much grows anywhere in the countryside fields
Woodlands and our back gardens. It’s both edible and medicinal high in vitamin C antioxidant and anti-inflammatory too. Can be used as an addition fresh to salads or dried and stored to use later in teas.
Be mindful how much you pick always leave Some for wildlife and pollinating. Its so wonderful how much is around us to ade us in healing our bodies. nature is just so beautiful. Have a happy weekend and as always, much love to you all ❤️XX

Light is so beautiful. Don’t forget to stop and fill your cup up! Breath in the dew filled air smell the warming woodland floor, feel the gentle movement of sound around you. And just for a fleeting moment you have absorbed nature!!

Sometimes you need to take yourself off and stop doing, and practice the art of being. The energy of this tree was calling me whilst out on a walk with family. True to my tree hugger spirit i sat with this giant and allowed a beautiful exchange of our frequencies to begin. A conversation that needed no verbal words.

Happy Friday to you all. We are holding our last sound bath this evening for 2024. What an absolutely beautiful enriching privileged year we’ve had such beautiful moments together playing for you all and meeting lots of new people. Here’s to 2025 with lots more sound energy healing Yoga and self-care for everyone. We look forward to seeing all who can make this evening’s sound bath and wish one and all a beautiful and inspiring Christmas and New Year. Much love as always. ❤️xx

A big theme that is coming up at the moment personally and collectively too is being present, present in this life and in a moment of your life. Taking a conscious moment to ask your self “how does this feel, how can I approach this from a heart scented place”. Catching yourself for a moment to just become aware of your surroundings of how these surroundings make you feel.
I wish to give thanks to the month of November for the enormous teachings and understanding that have come my way. The beautiful souls that have come for treatments and the ones that have yet to come. The sunrises and the sunsets that have been gifted to us. What a privilege to be walking this path of learning and being present at this time in the world.Have a beautiful day and much love to you all as always. 💕xx

This Fridays soundbath falls upon a beautiful full super moon in Tarsus and the sun in scorpio. Every full moon we have is an opportunity to reflect upon that which we’ve learnt since the last new moon, and time to let go of all that no longer serves us and what we have learnt we and have integrated. This sound bath we invite you to allow the sounds to help you integrate all the beautiful things you wish to honour about yourself and the journeys that have brought you to this moment.
