These are extraordinary times of change highlighting the importance of how we treat the vessels we live within. Gentle Peace and Healing can be found in the simplest of things, like standing on a hill hand on heart space, breathing in the air listening to the wind feeling the Sun as it sets. Allotmenting in the rain, perfect way to finish the week picking sweet peas with wet feet and the sounds of thunder rumbling in the background listening to the birds gentle song all around completely immersed in nature. As the rain falls and hydrates everything it touches there is a sense of connection between everything and all.

There is something quite magical about immersing yourself in nature. Looking under the things looking above the tree lines and acknowledging that all things that grow from the Earth are here to heal, help and aid us for our greatest good. Each living thing has a vibrational energy running through it when you allow your vibration to sync with that of nature a calming effect occurs, the colours the smells can help realign your connection to all . serotonin is released within the body among many other benefits you are one again. This little beauty is wild Viola and pretty much grows anywhere in the countryside fields
Woodlands and our back gardens. It’s both edible and medicinal high in vitamin C antioxidant and anti-inflammatory too. Can be used as an addition fresh to salads or dried and stored to use later in teas.
Be mindful how much you pick always leave Some for wildlife and pollinating. Its so wonderful how much is around us to ade us in healing our bodies. nature is just so beautiful. Have a happy weekend and as always, much love to you all ❤️XX

Sometimes you need to take yourself off and stop doing, and practice the art of being. The energy of this tree was calling me whilst out on a walk with family. True to my tree hugger spirit i sat with this giant and allowed a beautiful exchange of our frequencies to begin. A conversation that needed no verbal words.
