𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 – Active exhilarating 45 Minute fat burning & intense toning activities using natural surroundings to maximise results. 𝟰𝟱 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 – Easy to follow aerobic & toning exercise to music for a full body workout for all body types and fitness levels. 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 – Ladies Core is a toning class that works predominantly around the abdominals.
