It’s fun, effective, and consists of easy to follow exercises to music incorporating fat burning and a vast range of floor exercises to work al

l areas of the body. As a ladies only Fitness Academy you will feel more confident and focused. You will be in a supportive, motivated and friendly environment. Whether you are looking to lose weight, get that beach body, or simply to become fitter or healthier. You’ll be in the company of women with similar aims and goals to:
• Burn fat
• Get fit
• Build body strength
• Tone legs, bums & tums
• Improve posture, co-ordination and flexibility
• Build confidence

Kelly’s Fitness Academy has a variety of classes to meet your needs such as:

Private Training - Gain Bespoke training and nutrition recommendations. This consists of me coming to your home/work place and setting you an exercise program and nutrition recommendations that fit around your existing lifestyle for quick effective results. Outdoor Fitness Classes – Active exhilarating 45 Minute fat burning & intense toning activities using natural surroundings to maximise results.

45 Minute Fit Camp – Easy to follow aerobic & toning exercise to music for a full body workout for all body types and fitness levels. Ladies Core – Ladies Core is a toning class that works predominantly around the abdominals. Incorporating a variety of exercises to tone and define the core body.

30 Minute Fat Burning Workout – HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a training method combining short intervals of high intensity exercise with rest intervals. Proven to burn fat very efficiently, increase strength and endurance and speed up metabolism for 24 hours after each workout. Combined with healthy, balanced diet, this is a great recipe for fat loss. Kelly’s Fitness Academy 24 – As a member of the Academy you will have exclusive access to ongoing support in between your workouts, sharing pictures and questions on Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and of course Facebook.
