We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to support a lovely client in their own home in the Rochdale area. This is a continuous care package providing around-the-clock support, focusing on monitoring, personal care, comfort, and safety.
Experience with NIV, oral suctioning, and cough assist is a bonus — but don’t worry, full training will be provided for the right person.

🎄🤣 Elf Day Takeover! 🤣🎄
Today the office was temporarily taken over by a group of highly unqualified elves who claim they “definitely didn’t raid Santa’s wardrobe.” 🧝‍♀️🧝‍♂️

Productivity levels dropped the moment someone said, “Let’s jingle some bells,” but morale is sky high and that’s what counts. All jokes aside, we dressed up to support Elf Day for Alzheimer’s, and honestly… some of us were scarily convincing. One more day in costume and HR might replace us with actual elves.

Massive thanks to the team for bringing the chaos, the laughs, and the Christmas spirit — all for an amazing cause. 💙✨

Layola Care are seeking a confident and compassionate Male Support Worker to support a gentleman with complex needs following a stroke and a history of alcohol misuse. This is a community-based role, centered around companionship, social time, and community outings, helping him rebuild confidence, structure, and independence.

🧭 Encourage daily structure, engagement, and positive routines

We’re looking for someone who is:

👨 Male, due to the personal nature of the support required

We’re looking for a kind, reliable and experienced female carer to join our team supporting a lovely client living with Motor Neuron Disease (MND) in the OL4 (Oldham) area.
This is a night position providing one-to-one support in the client’s own home. The role involves personal care, monitoring through the night, and helping with comfort and safety.
🩺 Experience in oral suctioning and cough assist is preferred, but full training can be provided for the right person.

From teddy bears to books, games to sensory toys… every single gift makes a difference. Seeing our community come together like this is truly heart-warming.
