🌙 Job Title: Bank Nurse – Community Competency Support (Nights)

Layola Care are looking for an experienced and motivated Bank Nurse to support staff competency development within the community during night shifts. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys flexible working, has strong clinical skills, and is passionate about maintaining high standards of care delivery.

You will work across community settings supporting, assessing and signing off staff competencies to ensure safe, effective and person-centred care for our service users in their own homes.

👩‍⚕️ About the Role

As a Bank Nurse you will support our care teams by assessing clinical competencies and ensuring staff are confident and competent in delivering high-quality care. You will observe practice, provide guidance, and sign off competencies in line with company policies and regulatory standards.

There may also be occasional night sits required to support service users, ensuring safe care delivery and providing clinical oversight when necessary.
