We’re looking for passionate, reliable Support Workers to join our growing team at Willow Tree Support.

This is a rewarding role supporting adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and autism to live independently and achieve their goals.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Caring and compassionate individuals
✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔️ A positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔️ Experience is great, but not essential – full training provided

Therapy is only for crises — Actually, it helps with growth, clarity, and prevention, too.

Talking won’t change anything — Therapy uses proven tools that shift habits, thoughts, and outcomes.

Therapy means something is ‘wrong’ with me — No, it means you’re human and taking proactive steps for your wellbeing.

One session should fix it — Real healing takes time, patience, and consistency.
