‼️⚠️ For the last couple of weeks we have been experiencing issues with our phone lines. Between the hours of 8am and 8:30am there is likely to be a delay/queue. After this time, the reduced demand means that you should be able to get through to a reception reasonably quickly. However, we have found that calls are sticking intermittently and being made to queue for 5-10 minutes despite the receptionists being available. This has been raised with the phone company and fixes were applied, but the problem has continued. In the interim, if you are needing our help or assistance, please do not exit the queue. We have raised the issue again today and escalated this as urgent. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
