Harry is chasing the amazing feat of joining the sub 3 hour marathon club and we have every faith this will be achieved at the next one!

2 of Rochdale's finest have completed

James and Alex set off from Springhill Hospice on Tuesday 21st April and made their way to London, running 5 ultra marathons in 5 days finally finishing this amazing achievement by running the London marathon on day 6 (Sunday 26th April).

We can't stress enough how proud we are of these 2 amazing guys and what they have been able to achieve, so far raising around 37 thousand pounds for the amazing

Here’s Alfie 👏

Alfie has set himself a huge challenge this December, running a total of 325km across the month.

The concept is simple but tough. On 1 December he ran 1km, on 2 December he ran 2km, and each day he adds another kilometre. That means 17km on 17 December, all the way up to 31km on the final day.

This challenge is especially meaningful after Alfie suffered a double leg fracture and completed his full rehabilitation with us here at JPR Sports Therapy. Taking on something of this scale is a real testament to his commitment, resilience, and mindset.

Alfie is also raising money for Cancer Research UK, a charity very close to his heart, and one that resonates with many of us. Cancer affects 1 in 5 people globally, so this cause touches more lives than most.

Ethan made his League One debut for Exeter City earlier this month and has already played a part in helping them secure their first win of the season – an emphatic 4–1 victory over Blackpool.

From his early days at Rochdale AFC, to signing for Brentford, and now making his mark on loan at Exeter, Ethan’s journey is a testament to hard work, professionalism, and dedication to the game.
