Canalside Primary Care Network

Our walking group would love to have some new faces. We walk for 3 miles, approximately 1.5 hours and make time for a drink break in the middle or end of a walk.
Allow 2 hours in total. We meet for 09:45 for a 10:00 start.

A massive thank you to Shahnaz Waseem Health and Wellbeing coach for Canalside PCN for putting on an amazing display at Dr Hamid’s Practice for eating Healthy during Ramadan.

The morning was a huge success with Shahnaz providing nutritional advice to patients on foods to eat and foods to avoid during the month of Ramadan when fasting.

A massive thank you for the fruit and water provided for patients who were fasting.
