Another successful start with his personalised conditioning plan... The birthday boy Matcha 💚 His mum has always done bits with him but after picking up a few niggles at the end of his first flyball season we created him a tailored plan 💪🏼

✔️ Improved weight-bearing/center of gravity: Moved from leaning forward to a balanced, vertical stack.
✔️ Better core engagement: This has stabilized and "leveled up" his topline.
✔️ Improved posterior chain definition: Specifically visible in the hamstrings and gluteals.
✔️ Increased shoulder stability: Strength gains in the supraspinatus, infraspinatus, triceps, and deltoids have reduced compensatory tension in the trapezius and rhomboids, allowing for a more neutral and stable scapula position.

2 weeks of progress! 💪🏼

Below are before-and-after photos following just two weeks of osteopathy, electrotherapy, and targeted isometric exercises. I’ve included several postures—not just the square stand—to better show how his overall form and stability have improved.

Key improvements:
• Increased triceps flexibility
• Improved shoulder stability, allowing the thoracic sling to relax
• Reduced roaching through the lumbar spine
• Better pelvic alignment
• Decreased tension through the hip flexors

It was a pleasure to work with this lovely dog, and I’m very grateful to his owners for trusting me with his care. The next stage is continuing conditioning exercises at home, building on this strong start to support long-term strength, balance, and comfort.

My first "Board & Rehab", a complex case but being able to put everything I know together was an amazing opportunity, I completely fell in love with him (and Zak too, he still asks "where's boone gone") 💜
