I apologise for my time away due to family illness but I’m back working from next week! I will slowly be increasing my hours over the next few weeks.

If I had to cancel your appointment you will have priority over bookings and I will do my best to work around you.

Marathon races are fast approaching. Ive already seen far too many places being shared on FB with people pulling out due to injuries. Please don’t be someone who overworks it now after all this hardwork! Listen to your body and look after your muscles.

Here’s Matty, a professional rugby player, who visited this week for some cupping therapy following to treat his sore and stiff muscles.

A massive well done to three off my regular clients who raced this weekend at the Manchester Run.

Every single person achieved a PB!

with 1:23:28 in the half marathon
with 2.12.25 in her first ever half.
with 54:47 in his first 10k!

I also managed to achieve my first ever sub 1 hour 10k.

Exciting news for the massage clinic! We are proud to announce our new sponsored athlete, Matty Ashton!

Matty is a professional rugby player for Warrington Wolves where he has scored 35 tries in 54 appearances for the Wolves. His outstanding performances have also recently earned his international honours as he made his England debut against France.

Statistically the fastest man in Super League this season, Matty frequently attends the clinic, where he receives deep tissue massages and cupping therapy to his back, glutes, and hamstrings.

At the clinic, we understand the importance of taking care of your body, especially when you're pushing it to the limit like Matty does on the field. That's why we work tirelessly to provide top-notch care and treatment to our clients.
