Living Well Rochdale and Rochdale Borough Libraries Libraries are pleased to welcome you this Thursday 💜

Therapeutic Thursdays is held weekly from 12.30 -3pm at Rochdale Central Library. The group is open to anyone over the age of 18, and will be fun and creative as well as supporting loneliness, lifestyle changes including stop smoking and long term health conditions 💜

Living Well Rochdale are please to announce a new drop in called “Ready to Think"

This new drop has been created to engage smokers in Rochdale who are not yet ready to quit but are beginning to consider it.

These informal sessions will offer a supportive space to explore thoughts around smoking and quitting, without pressure or commitment.

The drop-ins will take place at Number One Riverside, every Wednesday from 10am to 12pm.
