Jo's Pilates

Jo's Pilates Pilates is a low impact way to: get back into exercise, at any age improve your body condition, mobility and flexibility.

During Lock down I have Zoom classes monday and wednesday morning and tues eve. All classes are then available on demand. Pilates is a low impact exercise which helps mobilise joints, develop strength especially in the core and promote flexibility.
