It has been a busy few months but I have finally made time to update my counselling directory profile. I am now a qualified level 6 Supervisor for any counsellors or therapists looking for regular supervision. I will be offering a mix of online and face to face appointments.

One of my favourite things is encouraging expression through creativity. Considering the psychology of colours, this client created a beautiful art therapy mask, self reflecting on what she felt the outside world could see. The different colours represent different qualities.

Not the best day for a walk, however it was extremely peaceful this afternoon in Healey Dell. Whatever the weather, sometimes clearing the cobwebs and getting outdoors can do us the world of good 😊

Well the sun is finally shining that must mean it is time for a few days off 😁 Time for some self care with two off my oldest friends, sometimes laughter really is the best medicine. I will be away until Monday evening, any messages, emails or calls will be returned then. I hope everyone has a lovely weekend ❤️

Although I am trained in other modalities of counselling, at core I remain Person Centred, with a true belief that the people I support are their own experts. Relationships are positively valued, open and genuine. I truly appreciate all the experiences of client work over the last 8 years and hope for many, it has made a positive difference ❤️
