Starting next week, join our Expressive Art Workshop Series for teens and discover the power of creativity to explore identity, overcome challenges, and envision your future self.

We are truly honoured to have received the Quality in Action Award from Action Together and want to express our heartfelt gratitude for their continued support throughout our journey.

TLM opened its doors in 2023 with one mission: to help the teenagers of Rochdale find their happy. We aim to support young people in reducing mental health concerns such as anxiety and low mood, building confidence and resilience, and feeling empowered to step into adulthood with a healthier mindset.

The guidance and encouragement from Action Together has helped us navigate challenges, stay focused on our mission, and make a positive impact in our community.

We are so grateful for their belief in our vision and for standing with us every step of the way.

🎨 EXPRESSIVE ART WORKSHOPS FOR TEENS 🎨
✨ A journey of self-discovery through creativity ✨

Join us for a powerful 4-part workshop series designed to help teenagers explore who they are, what they feel, and who they want to become, all through the healing power of art.

🖌️ Session 1 - “Who Am I Beneath the Surface?”
Discover your inner world through creative self-expression.
Thursday 30th October (Half-term) 12pm - 2pm

🎭 Session 2 – “Life Challenges as Art”
Turn life’s ups and downs into colour, shape, and meaning.
Saturday 15th November 10am - 12pm

🌈 Session 3 – “Future Self: Who Do I Want to Become?”
Imagine your best self and express your dreams visually.
Saturday 22nd November 10am - 12pm

🪞 Session 4 – “Future Self Painting & Reflection”
Bring your vision to life and reflect on your journey of growth.
Saturday 13th December 10am - 12pm

No art experience needed, just an open mind and a willingness to explore. Our safe, supportive workshops encourage confidence, emotional expression, and personal growth through creativity.

What is D&D?
Dungeons & Dragons is a creative, role-playing game where young people work together to solve challenges, build characters, and explore imaginative storylines. It’s a fantastic way for teenagers to:
✔ Develop teamwork and communication skills
✔ Boost problem-solving and confidence
✔ Explore their creativity in a safe and supportive space
✔ Build new friendships

These sessions are now open to all teenagers in the community - and are completely free of charge.
