It is a powerful combination of Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I offer an initial consultation during which a short health history will be taken. This will give us an opportunity to identify your specific needs and develop an individual treatment plan for you.
