Enjoying a morning brew, journalling and reflecting on last night’s Reiki exchange which was a very different exchange to my previous exchanges.

I was so nervous and felt out of my comfort zone, I learnt a lot more from this exchange BECAUSE I was so out of my comfort zone.

This was exactly what I needed, at the right time, to grow not only myself but my reiki practice.

The Reiki practiced was intuitive. I had been nervous about providing a treatment entirely intuitively and not following the positions I had used for nearly a year. I had meditated and asked for guidance on how to provide treatments intuitively. This exchange showed me how to tap into my instincts and that I can do it.

I have also widened my Reiki practitioner network. Amazing and inspiring woman who all share a love for Reiki and who all want to share this amazing gift with the world.

Today I am feeling grateful, grounded and motivated.

I see the deer most mornings but never take videos as I like to be present and in the moment on my walks so my phone is for emergencies. Today I thought I would video them. They are so tame. 🥰
