I've now got a youtube channel where I will put my Lucky 7 workout shorts. I will also be putting on some full 20 minute workouts, so you can struggle along with me. Its a really positive, progressive approach, so get a book write down the workout number and monitor your progress whenever you repeat the workout. Please like and subscribe as I am a youtube novice and have no friends 🤣🤣

unexpected hour off so why not. Only level 13.5 after yesterday's effort, very uncomfortable but it's in the bank. Tough week already but feeling good.

Press ups 4 x 25 60 seconds between sets (last set shared to show the struggle is real. Arms were gone, but mind was still strong. In the end its only the latter that truly matters 💪
Bench step ups 4 x 10 each leg no rest.
Wide arm press ups 4 x 20 (easier than normal press ups, last set)
10 single leg drops, double leg drops, rollback x 4
Close grip press ups 4 x 15

49 in a few weeks, age is not an excuse to give up. 1 workout yesterday. So today it's 2.

First workout 50 minutes.

Bleeptest level 14 Vo2 max at 60
Rope climbs x 4 (my hands have gone soft 🙈)
Deadlifting 4 x 15 100kg
Pull ups
barbell squats 4 x 10 60kg
Chin ups

2nd workout Tabata training. 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest 8 rounds. Fantastic way to improve your mental and physical resilience.

Bicep Curls 10kg dbs
Ball bridges
raised press ups
leg press 150kg
Climbing rope jumps
Cable pull downs 50kg
leg press Sumo 150kg
Sit ups
Bench press 12.5kg dbs
Double leg drops

Played footy with my nephew today 49 in a couple of months and a young 16. Managed to get a goal. Also bought the 3rds a new kit as its not often a 3rd team gets new clobber. Again this is me and lindsay thanking our community for the support we recieved after we lost our amazing 20 year old boy Sebastian Kirby We have a lot of extra financial burdens this year, so our paying it forward idea will be a bit slower this year, but it won't stop. ❤️ # #

48 years old. 90 minutes football yesterday, 9v9 this morning, and this afternoon to finish off i decided to try and do some high intensity training to mimic a match. 10 mtr sprints and deceleration, 20 metre sprints and jogs, 30 mtr sprints and walks. Lasted 24 minutes before my legs gave out. Feel like my cardio is as good as its been for a couple of years 💪⚽️
