"When I was young my father would say that you will always see what you’re looking for - if you look for yellow cars you’ll see them everywhere! And so it is with our thoughts.

Watch one thing, and suddenly that’s all you see. Our life runs on the same system. What you focus on multiplies. Focus on problems and you’ll find them everywhere. Focus on opportunities and you’ll start noticing doors you never saw before. This isn’t motivation - it’s how your brain is wired.

So if your life feels stuck, don’t just change what you do. Change what you feed your mind daily. Because your focus is quietly building your future.
