: LH peaks & ovulation.

✔️Someone recently asked: When I get an LH peak, does this mean I’m about to ovulate or did I already ovulate?

✔️We answered: Oftentimes, LH surges peak during the afternoon. Each LH surge lasts 24-48 hours, so hormone levels are generally higher in the morning. To confirm ovulation, Mira will ask you to test again in 6 hours (after your morning test) to identify a high value. Once you notice the surge, you will ovulate in 12-24 hours - this will be the best time to try for a baby if you are ! 👶💚
