Last week alone we had 7 DNAs (Did Not Arrive appointments). For a small business like ours, that really hurts. 💔

We completely understand—life happens! Traffic, kids, unexpected hiccups—we get it. But please, if you can’t make your appointment, just give us a quick call. 📞

👉 Our diary system is fab and sends you a text reminder 24 hours before and another one 2 hours before your slot. So there’s plenty of notice to reschedule.

When you don’t attend, not only does it impact us, but it also means someone on our weekly waiting list misses out on treatment they really need.

We love what we do, and we’re working so hard to keep our doors open through rising costs. Every appointment counts. 🙏
