A fantastic new padel court has come to Rochdale. As we all know padel is the new trend, and securing a court is like trying to get Glastonbury tickets on dial-up… good luck 🥲🎾

We had a great game last night at Deuce Padel — brilliant atmosphere, fantastic modern facilities, and actual parking (the real luxury). Also… why does it weirdly smell delicious inside? No complaints 👀

🔥 Hats off to Dom 🔥

One of our patients Dom, a firefighter, completed a FULL HYROX last week in his full fire kit 🤯 — all in support of the Fire Fighters Charity.

For context, a firefighter’s turnout gear typically weighs 20–34kg… and Dom carried every single kilo through the entire event. Absolute machine 💪

After that effort, he earned a well-deserved full body sports massage, led by one of our physios to help his recovery.

💆‍♂️ Sports massage is great for:
• Reducing muscle soreness and tension
• Improving circulation and recovery
• Increasing mobility and flexibility
• Preventing injury by addressing tight or overloaded areas
