Today Beechwood Lodge Care Home said goodbye to our Activity coordinator Natalie. Natalie has been at Beechwood for 8 years starting off as a Carer, senior then Acitivites. Natalie has always been passionate for caring for others and is starting her new adventure for University studying nursing. We wish Natalie every success and we believe that she will be absolutely amazing, Good luck on your new adventure! We will all miss you ❤️

Our resident Monica showed us a book about her and her husband Eddie's life. Reminiscence can help boost mood, enhance communication, strengthen social bonds, and promote a sense of purpose and well-being.
It was lovely to talk about and looking at the photos of her family.

Residents and families enjoyed an afternoon tea party, we all chatted away and was lovely to socialise altogether.
