The school holidays are nearly here – which often means parents are juggling keeping the kids entertained, sorting holiday plans, and still managing work and everyday tasks.

If that sounds familiar, here’s a simple 5-minute meditation you can use to step back, reset, and find a little calm amidst the chaos. A short break like this can help you stay focused, centred, and give you a moment that’s just yours.

Because even five minutes can make a difference. 🌿

🌿 5-Minute Grounding Meditation
1. Find a Quiet Spot
Sit comfortably. You don’t need perfect silence—just somewhere you can pause without interruptions.
2. Focus on Your Breath
Close your eyes gently. Inhale slowly through your nose, counting to four.
Exhale through your mouth, counting to four.
Repeat, letting your shoulders relax as you breathe.
3. Body Scan
Bring your attention slowly down through your body:
• Start at your head. Notice any tension.
• Move to your shoulders, arms, hands…
• Down through your chest, stomach, hips…
• Notice your legs and feet resting against the floor.
As you scan, let go of any tension you notice.
4. Anchor with a Word
Pick a calming word like “peace,” “calm,” or “ease.”
With each exhale, gently repeat this word silently in your mind.
5. Return Slowly
Bring your awareness back to the room. Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Open your eyes softly, and give yourself a gentle stretch.

It’s Monday — time to roll up your mat, not roll back into bed! 😴➡️😊

Whether you're stretching it out in Pilates or easing those weekend warrior aches with a massage, today’s a fresh start to move better, feel better, live better.

✨ Progress isn’t always pretty (hello, Pilates shake!), but it is powerful.
✨ Sore? That’s just your muscles writing thank-you notes.
✨ Need a boost? Book yourself some recovery time – future-you will high five you. 🖐️
