Intrusive thoughts are unwanted thoughts that can make you feel uncomfortable, distressed or even alarmed. The thoughts can pop up without any prompting or warning. These can be common for people who are suffering with stress, PTSD, anxiety or OCD.

Do you have difficulties in relationships but not necessarily understand why? Trauma comes in many forms, from ‘big T’ traumas such as childhood abuse, r**e, military combat, to ‘little t’ trauma such as a build up of negative life events, chronic stress, past unhealthy relationships. Unresolved trauma can cause us to subconsciously act out patterns in relationships that impact them negatively. With the right help, you can learn to recognise the effects of trauma on your relationship and find ways to cope so that it no longer impacts on it.
