From October to March we can’t make vitamin D from sunshine, so to keep bones and muscles healthy, it’s best to take a vitamin D supplement.

It’s Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month.

The most common symptom of womb cancer is unusual vaginal bleeding. Less common symptoms are pain or discomfort in the pelvic area or pain during s*x.

If you have any of these symptoms, it’s important that you contact your GP.
