I have been in Healthcare for over 20 years.
Able Hands Health Care is a Health and Social Care agency which provides support and care to adults who wish to continue to live in their own homes or supported accommodations. Our staff will offer services designed to meet the needs of people who require personal care and support in their daily living. Able Hands Health Care Staffing will provide support to residents who live in either supported, semi-independent or independent accommodation, which may or may not be provided by Able Hands Healthcare Ltd.
Within 24hrs of receiving a referral, we are able to carry out an assessment and set up a support plan. We operate an on call service and can be contacted after office hours.
All our clients are allocated a professional consultant for every job request with an allocated job reference.
