📢 COVID-19 Spring Vaccination Update

Due to changes in the national programme rollout, our practice will not be delivering the COVID-19 vaccination programme this spring.

If you are eligible for a vaccination, you will receive a text message from the NHS confirming your eligibility. Please ensure you have received this before attempting to book.

The practice is unable to book these appointments, and all vaccinations must be arranged via the appropriate NHS booking channels.

We are continuing to experience significant intermittent IT issues from yesterday and today, which are also now affecting our phone lines.

This has affected practices nationally since yesterday morning.

Please attend your appointments as usual unless you are contacted and advised otherwise.

Our phone lines are intermittently working, so it may take longer than usual to get through. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.

We are currently experiencing technical problems with our eConsult platform, and some patients may be unable to submit an online consultation.

Today’s PLT (Protected Learning Time) sessions scheduled for this afternoon have been cancelled by the ICB due to the ongoing meningitis situation and increased demand and contact to practices. Practices across Medway have been asked to remain open this afternoon.

As a result, we currently have available nurse clinic appointments. If you are waiting for a blood test (as requested by a clinician) or any nurse/HCA appointment - even if it is booked for a later date, and would like to bring it forward to today, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

If you are a Cliffe dispensing patient and need to collect your medication on these dates, please knock on the back door from 8am-11am only.
