I dont usually do these sort of posts but I just felt I wanted to as I am proud of myself. The family all had such a horrible challenging time over the last few years. To seek comfort I ate and ate.
I haven't dieted for the last 14 years and I made the decision then to do what I want, eat what I wanted to as life was too short.
My weight escalated I felt so many aches and pains, arthritis got worse and I just didn't feel happy, but bloated and frumpy!

The pictures I am sharing is me wearing the same dress first picture was from last October in Athens. The second picture is me on last week's holiday. I looked at the difference and I am so happy.

I have also included some taken of me in my swimsuit. I never liked posting my body in a costume but I feel really positive about it so I am being brave and giving it a go!!

It can be hard as I still have such a long way to go. I joined the 1 to 1 Diet or Cambridge as you might know it 7th January this year. I have now lost 2 stone 3 lbs and obviously on my holidays I still had to be careful.
But this diet has really worked for me, if I put on weight one week, I will just keep at it.
But just wanted to share with you all.

Life isnโ€™t always easy, and staying positive can feel impossible sometimes. But the truth is, positivity isnโ€™t about ignoring challengesโ€”itโ€™s about choosing how we respond to them.

Some days will test you. Some moments will drain you. But even then, you can find something to be grateful for, something to smile about, or a small step forward to take.

Whatever has happened is done.
Whether your clean up operation starts on the 1st, 2nd or 4th, stop making it all or nothing. Eating doesnโ€™t have to be that way. Make it about balance.

When I say balance, I donโ€™t just mean food. Tackle those excess and unwanted KGโ€™s with a holistic approach, so think about going back to the basics...

โœจSleep (7-8 hours)
โœจWater (minimum 2.25 litres)
โœจMovement (if not already exercising then start of with 15 mins of walking a day and build up)
โœจStress (what can you do to manage it and reduce it)
โœจSunlight (are you getting outside enough?)

Take it one meal at a time, focusing on the foods that make you feel good and that youโ€™re not still wearing the next day.
