After a week off over the festive period, classes resume on Thursday 2nd January at 6.30pm.
If you've been lurking here for a while but the start of the new year has got you fired up to try something new, we'd love to welcome you to a DDP YOGA class!
It's *not* your typical yoga class. It’s a dynamic, low-impact workout that blends yoga-inspired stretches, strength training, and cardio, all designed to meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Whether you want to build strength, improve flexibility, or just feel better in your body, this is for you.
Our classes are relaxed, supportive, and beginner-friendly, so there’s no need to feel intimidated—just come as you are and give it a go. We also run on pay-what-you-can pricing, so don't let any January financial pressures hold you back!
