Okay, so not many people will understand the sheer excitement I am feeling right now after my husband (Santa) gifted me a bloody REMEDY MAKING MACHINE 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

It looks like some random geeky toy, but this, my friends, means I can make my patients’ remedies after their consultations… basically THIS is my business, right here, this little black box 🗃️

I’ve been saving to buy myself one as they’re not cheap, and then he gifts me it tonight 😭😭😭😭 god we moan about each other but I have never felt love and support like I do from this man, my husband, my favourite man in the world, Quigs 🥺🥹 I LOVE YOU 🥰

This is the second to last piece of my completed puzzle to becoming a homeopath. Last stop… my licentiate 👩🏼‍🎓 18 months and counting guys. My manifestation game is strong. I will have a full clinic by the time I graduate, I will say ta-ra to the corporate world, and I will be a FULL. TIME. HOMEOPATH.

And yes I cried when I opened it 😭😢🥹🫶🏼

So many of today’s society are suffering in silence. Some won’t even realise they’re depressed because they just power on through with a painted on smile, even though they’re breaking inside and barely have the energy to paint on that smile 🥺

So when one of my recent patients came in for their second appointment, four weeks after their first, I was blown away with their progress (as were they!) 🥰

They said they felt their depression had been lifted and that they’re able to get out of bed in the morning and start the day strong, something they hadn’t experienced for a very long time ✨

They said they feel they’re able to trust their intuition more, have more confidence in themselves (although we’re still working on this), and they’re feeling more positive about the future ✨

That, my friends, is why I do what I do. I got you 😉

6 week patient progress, two appointments into this lady’s first time using homeopathy and just look at the results 👀

Both prescriptions have addressed different aspects of what can be the root cause of dis-ease in the body 👇🏼

1. Miasms - inherited patterns and genetic habits passed down through generations.

2. Fundamental - looking at both physical and emotional symptoms to support the mind and body as a whole.

3. A bowel nosode - to support the gut and intestinal flora which has been compromised from years of pharmaceutical use such as antibiotics, vaccinations, contraception and steroids (to name a few).

4. Liver support and detoxification from pharmaceutical use. The liver has a direct impact on our hormones, especially in women, so if your hormones are all over the place, it’s likely your liver needs some looking after ❤️

This patient has also been taking recommended supplements such as a probiotic and whole food multivitamin, as well as knocking the fizzy drinks on the head - super proud of this woman 👊🏼 she took the bull by the horns and just look at the results 👏🏼

Your skin is the first thing that tells you if there’s a problem inside which needs to be addressed, so if your skin is looking good, you’re on the right track 👌🏼😉 this also means your hormones will start to rebalance too 🙏🏼

3 days apart 🩵✨

Baby had such low energy for 4-5 days, barely eating, and sleeping a lot of the time 😴

I solely used homeopathic remedies to support baby’s healing, working WITH his body and natural immune system, and meeting each symptom where they were at, and not suppressing the body’s natural healing responses such as the fever 🤒, mucus membrane build up (snot etc), and sleep 💤

This page is all about education around illnesses and dis-ease, and allowing you to build up your knowledge and confidence to know you’re able to support your own children when the times comes ✨

Having low energy and not wanting to eat for a few days is completely normal. The body is reserving its energy to fight infection, so doesn’t want to waste energy digesting food 🙃 as long as baby is hydrated and they have soiled nappies, they're good 👌🏼

Your intuition will then tell you when baby becomes hungry again and so just follow their lead (and yours 😉).

Day 6 and look at this beautiful boy 😍 getting back to his normal self each day, eating food, sitting up and smiling away 🥰

I politely declined antibiotics for his chest infection as I wanted to treat it homeopathically to show you guys what’s possible ✨ and to protect the following:

✨My son’s gut flora as antibiotics kill the good bacteria within your gut meaning your immune system is hugely compromised over time.

✨The liver then becomes toxic after trying to detox your body from antibiotic use, which then becomes overburdened the more antibiotics are used over time. A toxic liver causes disturbed sleep, hormonal imbalances (especially in women impacting period symptoms, perimenopause and menopausal symptoms), anger issues, fatigue and more…

✨Antibiotic resistance can be created quite quickly, so it’s unhelpful to use them regularly

✨Antibiotics can lead to yeast infections which cause all sorts of unsightly and uncomfortable problems (thrush, candida overgrowth etc)

Plus we’re healing the body when we use homeopathy, getting to the root cause of infection rather than masking symptoms, only for them to return a few months later 👋🏼 and 6 days really isn’t that long… antibiotic use would be longer 🙃

So, there’s always room for seeking alternative medications and therapies and it’s so important for our family’s long term health ❤️

Poor Bobbie is feeling sorry for herself this afternoon as she’s been stung by a load of wasps after disturbing their nest 🐝😩

I had to tweezer out around 12 stingers from her right paw which she was struggling to walk on 🐾 and gave Apis Mel 30c to ease any reaction, throbbing and stinging 🤒

Homeopathy can be used on animals just the same as you would with humans so it’s a much cheaper, safer and more effective way of treating your animals 👌🏼

Sol 200c ☀️

This remedy is quite literally made from the sun’s energy 😎 and it’s great to have once a day if you’re being exposed to intense sunshine which your body isn’t used to ✨

Affiliations with heat affecting the head, light sensitivity in the eyes and heat in the pit of the stomach, along with a whole host of other physical and emotional symptoms ✨

Overall a great remedy to take when in sunny climbs on holiday to prevent any sun/heat related ailments or to take if suffering with such ✨

30c or 200c are perfect potencies 👌🏼

I was searching for homeopathy before I even knew it was a thing. I knew that there was something powerful within us which needed shifting in order to rebalance, ancestral chains that needed breaking, and past traumas that needed healing, because what I was witnessing all around me was the devastating impact of this stuff not being dealt with effectively ✨

Now, 7 years on from a trauma which changed my life, I’m on this journey to heal others from all of the above, in order to set a more beneficial and positive blueprint for future generations ✨

What a whirlwind the last 9 months have been… year 2 of my course is now complete and I was given an award today by the course director Mary Wyatt at Southern College of Homeopathy -SCH for the following:

‘In recognition of her passion for homeopathy and for her promotion of the college and homeopathy’ - I felt so emotional when I stood up to collect it 🥹

I started year 2 six months pregnant and finished it with a six month old who’s been to all of this year’s lectures 😅🩵 it’s not been easy, I feel physically and mentally drained and am so ready for a break 🙃

I’m currently impersonating a swan as I stay calm and collected on the surface, but underneath my feet are flapping like a m**o just to try and keep my head above water as I juggle mum life, home education, home life and this degree 🥵🤯 but I do it because I absolutely love it and I feel the most passionate I’ve ever felt about something as I know this is quite literally shaping my babies futures ✨

The world we live in is rather questionable these days and so I’m channelling the fearful and frustrated energy that once ruled my mind into something magical, and that, my friends, is how you create a better world one person at a time ✨

Watch out third year, I’m comin’ for ya 😜

Three month progress report for one of my teenage patients ✨

This patient has been prescribed several rounds of antibiotics over the years, as well as having to use antihistamines for their hay fever (as well as other pharmaceuticals) to ‘ease symptoms’, to no avail long-term…. Now they’re only using homeopathy, natural supplements and improved nutrition 👌🏼

Oh and their dark under eye circles have reduced as well 🙌🏼

Healing these beautiful souls naturally from the inside out 🥰
