Project Great Suffolk Street: Remedial Cladding Works

Teampol Limited is proud to announce our role as the principal contractor for the remedial cladding works at Great Suffolk Street. Our scope includes the removal of existing fixtures, fittings, and shingles, followed by the replacement of sheathing boards, new breather membrane, reinstallation of copper shingles and the installation of new copings at roof level.

We're excited to announce that 2025 will be a year of significant expansion, with four new projects kicking off, two of which we will be acting as the Main Contractor. We handle all aspects of our projects in-house, starting with thorough exploratory works. Our core policy remains unwavering: Fire safety and the well-being of residents are non-negotiable!

Being a 'one-stop shop' allows for superior communication across the board, streamlined onsite coordination, and ultimately, faster project progression. By eliminating the middle party, we also reduce preliminary costs for our clients. We offer a comprehensive range of services, from initial SFS design to façade finishing, including crucial fire stopping measures.

Our in-house team comprises dedicated CAD Draughtsmen, Estimators, Surveyors, and non-working site supervisors who oversee our skilled operatives.
