I often get asked what led me to my more holistic healthstyle and its a simple answer I was fed up continuously being ill going to Dr getting more antibiotics to feel better for a few weeks then back to the Dr. This had been the pattern for 40 odd years of being on this planet

I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis and even sacked from the NHS about 10 years ago for being too ill πŸ™ˆ

That was the final straw for me and although I had been trying various things I decided enough was enough time to regain my health and start enjoying life

Its been a process over the last 10 years

Systematic Kinesiology enabled me to understand my body better, i cleaned up my diet, supported my gut health, started detoxing and distressed my life

When you have been ill for as many years as I had its not a quick fix but over the last 10 years my health has massively improved 😊

Im very rarely ill now and if I am I will look at holistic ways to support my body to heal, it recovers so much quicker now!

The symptoms I had with Myasthenia Gravis have gone no more droopy face and eye and no more migraines!

I now listen to my body rest when needed, reboot my gut health yearly and support it daily
I detox daily because with all the toxins around us its needed, I eat healthy nutritious foods which fuel my body, drink filtered water and take lots of supplements to keep me well. Ive swapped all my skin care, make up, cleaning products, washing powders, air fresheners etc to non toxic and its easier than you think

Im not a saint I still drink πŸ₯‚ i have the occasional takeaway and eat out and have a naughty treat at times but mostly I eat well because I feel better for it

Im post menopause with no major issues and no medication and im the healthiest I've ever been πŸ™Œ im not saying this to brag im saying it to encourage you all to live your healthiest lives
