✨ One of my lovely member's who has lost 3 stone✨
'I started this journey because I hated the way I looked and for health reasons. Slimming World has completely changed my mindset around food.
🍎 I eat far less bread, cakes, chocolate and pastries now, and instead focus on fruit and fresh foods.
🚶♀️ I’ve cut out snacking between meals and make sure I go for a walk every day.
⚖️ I’m mindful of my syns, which really helps me stay on track.
The results have been incredible:
✔️ I’ve lost 3 stone 🎉
✔️ My cholesterol levels have reduced
✔️ I no longer get breathless when walking
✔️ My bowel condition has improved beyond belief
Attending group every week keeps me focused, and listening to everyone’s contributions makes such a difference.
