Day 7!

I took my first capsule as soon as the arrived noon yesterday, at the time of taking it I was completely drained and could quite easily have gone back to bed 🛏️. However I completed jobs that have been on the list for a couple of weeks but hadn't done due to lack of energy. I went to bed around midnight and dropped off almost straight away, then got woken by my youngest at 4am 😂. Up at 6 ready to deal with the day.
