I know my clients can vouch for this as well.

IV Vitamin Therapy delivers high-dose/concentrated vitamins & nutrients straight into your bloodstream - 10x more effective than oral supplements!

The word this week is: Thoughtful.💜

It’s not a word we often connect to health.

But the longer I’ve worked in this space, the more I realise how much it matters.

Life gets busy... Work, responsibilities, family, everything we’re juggling day to day.

Most people are just trying to get through the week.

And somewhere along the way we stop really paying attention to ourselves.

We ignore the tiredness.
Brush off the little changes in our body.
Tell ourselves it’s just stress, just age, just life.

Being thoughtful is simply taking a moment to notice.

How you’re actually feeling.
What your body might be trying to tell you.
Whether the way you’re living is really supporting your health.

Because often the problem isn’t that people don’t care about their health.

It’s that they’ve been so busy holding everything else together that they’ve stopped checking in with themselves.

So this week, the word is thoughtful. ✨💜

When was the last time you really stopped and asked yourself how you’re actually feeling?

A room full of women who truly work, build businesses and support each other
..not “ladies who lunch”, but women who are actively creating opportunities and connections.

Earlier this week I attended the Lady Val Networking Lunch in Covent Garden, and it was a VERY interesting day.

There were some fascinating conversations and I left feeling like I had made some genuinely valuable connections.

For those who wanted to - we were invited to stand up and share 30 seconds about ourselves and what we do.

Luckily I had prepared!

I shared a little about the work I’ve been doing for the past 25+ years and the passion that grew from my own health journey.

That passion is simple:

Helping people stop guessing when it comes to their health.

Through advanced blood testing and practical strategies, I help people optimise their energy, resilience and longevity.

And increasingly, I’m bringing these conversations into organisations - speaking to teams about fatigue, stress and burnout, and how prioritising health can improve performance, reduce sick days and help people show up at their best.

Events like this remind me how powerful conversations can be.

You never know who you’ll meet, what ideas will be sparked, or what opportunities might come from simply showing up and sharing what you care about.

Thank you to Lady Val and everyone involved for bringing such a brilliant group of women together.

What a special Breakthrough Women event last week.💗✨

The room was full of energy, collaboration, partnerships and the most incredible community of supportive women. I always love hearing what everyone is building and seeing how businesses grow through connection.

We heard from two brilliant speakers.

Karen Stanley spoke about publishing a book… which definitely planted a seed for me. Writing a book has been something I’ve thought about for a long time – maybe the time is getting closer.

And spoke about the importance of deliberate rest – something many of us struggle with in business and life.

The biggest moment of the evening came at the end, when founders .hainsby and announced this would be the final Breakthrough Women event.

For five years they’ve built something truly special. I’ve attended almost every event and seen first-hand the support within this community – not just in the room, but in the WhatsApp groups and behind the scenes too.

Women supporting women.
Collaborations.
Friendships.
Businesses growing together.

I’m also incredibly grateful to Susie Warran-Smith, whose Mini MBA programme helped me step back and see my business in a completely new way.

While the events may be coming to an end, I know the connections won’t. It’s now up to all of us to keep the conversations going and continue supporting one another.

And if there’s one thing I always remind people of, it’s this:

Your health is your greatest asset.
Without it, everything else becomes harder.

I’m passionate about speaking to groups and communities about health optimisation, longevity and performance - so if you’re looking for a guest speaker, I’d love to continue these conversations.

Here’s to the next chapter.

Happy International Women’s Day 💗💫

WOMAN.

A word that holds strength, resilience, responsibility… and very often, quiet self-neglect.

After 25+ years working with women of all ages and backgrounds, one thing is consistently clear:

Many women keep going.
Keep giving.
Keep showing up for everyone else.

While quietly dismissing the symptoms their body is trying to communicate.

Fatigue.
Hormonal shifts.
Brain fog.
Burnout.
Low energy.

So often brushed off as “just life” or “just being busy.”

But being a woman should not mean accepting feeling unwell as the norm.

Today is a celebration of women, yes.
But it is also a reminder...

💗 To listen to your body.
💗 To take your health seriously.
💗 To stop normalising feeling exhausted and depleted.

Because the strongest women are not always the ones who push through everything silently…

They are the ones who choose to understand their body, advocate for their health, and finally put themselves back on the priority list. ✨

How often do we actually stop and ask ourselves why we feel the way we do?

Low energy.
Brain fog.
Feeling like recovery takes longer than it used to.
..and if we do, do we ever take action or just put it down to stress, ageing, or simply being busy.

Sometimes it’s worth looking a little deeper at what might be happening inside the body. 🧬

Curious to hear your thoughts...

What changes in your energy or focus have you noticed over the years?

The word this week is: Camilla.

Last year I was given an award and a truly beautiful gift.

It was a photo frame and my name sits in the centre, surrounded by words that represent different parts of my journey.

Words like resilience, empathy, courage, passion, excellence and gratitude.

Each one reflects experiences, challenges and moments that have shaped who I am today.

It made me realise something quite powerful.
Sometimes the words that define us aren’t the ones we choose for ourselves - they are the ones others see through our actions.

So over the coming weeks, I’m going to be exploring some of these words.

Each week I’ll choose one, reflect on what it means, and share a little of the story, perspective or experience behind it.

And I’d love for you to do the same.

Take a moment to think about the words that might sit around your own name.
What would they be?
What experiences shaped them?

Because words matter.
They hold meaning, memories and lessons.

And sometimes one word can say a lot about a person’s journey.

This week, the word is Camilla.

And in many ways, I feel like I’m only just getting started. ✨

Living longer doesn’t always mean living well for longer.

There’s a big difference between lifespan (how long we live) and healthspan (how many of those years we actually feel well).

So many people are surviving on fatigue, brain fog and low energy and assuming it’s just part of ageing. It isn’t always.

The goal isn’t just more years.
It’s BETTER years.

Such an important conversation from .energy.equation and - highly recommend watching the full video on YouTube.

It’s not often I pick up a book and genuinely struggle to put it down.

I first met Ashley during the Sahara Trek in November as part of , and from the very beginning she was exactly as you see her - honest, strong, thoughtful and a true advocate for women.

So being invited to her book launch for felt really special.

It was such a lovely evening reconnecting with the Sahara girls (those that could make it), reminiscing stories, laughter and that same sense of connection we all built in the desert.

Those experiences stay with you.

Ashley uses her voice in such a powerful way, not just for herself, but for women navigating identity, confidence, judgement and the pressures we quietly carry.

I’ve honestly not been able to put the book down! (few late nights for me - which says a lot!)

I truly admire women like Ashley who speak openly, challenge perceptions and create space for others to feel seen.

Once again a huge congratulations - an incredible launch and a beautiful reminder of the power of using your voice.

A must read, in my opinion. 📖✨ → GO GET YOUR COPY!!

Our Story

Rewind 30 years and I never would have thought of becoming a permanent makeup artist.

“Cancer is only going to be the chapter in your life. Not the whole story.”

The truth is I started my journey in response to losing someone very dear to my heart through Cancer. During this period I met some truly inspirational and amazing ladies who, due to their invasive treatment, lost their hair or experienced physical changes. Chatting to these women made me realise how hair plays such a vital role in not only our physical appearance but also our self-confidence and outlook on life. I wanted to try and help ladies in similar positions.

Almost straight away I began studying to become a permanent makeup artist and as soon as I qualified, I set up my own business! My drive and ambition comes from my father and a long line of military!
