Just sharing....
I lose track of the amount of people I talk to that are "spot on" with both their nutrition and exercise in the week π but then the weekend arrives.... and they undo all that good work ! π«π«

For things to get better, YOU have to get better!"
I have to say, that having lots of friends, and many a family occasion.. that for me too... this is a challenge ! π€
The thing is... you DONT have to be perfect, its all about balance.... BUT if you know you're going to slip off plan a little, then at least try to make allowances for it....
Drink more water ! βοΈ
Make healthy choices with your food ! βοΈ
(even in a restaurant - YOU are the customer ! Ask for water at the table, ask for extra veg and no potatoes... swap your fries out for sweet potato... etc etc... )
Exercise more ! βοΈ Burn off the extra calories....
And most importantly.... don't fall into the trap, that just because the day is called something else (i.e. Friday and Saturday, you need to change what youre doing ! )
