Another success in my forage adventures - tonight nettle will be added to be slow cooker casserole !
Did you know Nettle leaf is a nutritive tonic, a detox and replenishing depleted mineral stores.
Nettle leaf, when cooked, has a taste and aroma similar to cooked spinach.
