Just a gentle reminder to look after yourself.
We all carry stress, tension, and aches in different ways — sometimes we don’t realise how much until we slow down and let the body reset.
My aim has always been simple: help people feel better in their bodies, move more freely, and leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.

💆‍♂️ Looking after your body is just as important as looking after your mind 💙
As a sports massage therapist, I truly believe you can’t give your best to others unless you try to look after yourself too.
That’s why I train regularly at Rochester Health Club, stay active, eat well (most of the time 😄), and do my best to keep my body moving and strong — because I ask the same of my clients.
I’m not perfect. I’m human.
We all fall off the wagon sometimes… a few naughty days here and there happens.
What matters most isn’t beating yourself up — it’s refocusing, resetting, and getting back on track.
That’s the mindset I try to pass on to everyone who comes through my door: ✔️ Look after your body
✔️ Respect your muscles, joints, ligaments & bones
