✨ Gaura Purnima Festival ✨

Join us in celebrating the auspicious Appearance Day of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu with our very special guest, His Grace Kripamoya Das! 🙏✨

Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu appeared in 1486 in Mayapur, West Bengal, to uplift the fallen souls through the congregational chanting of the holy names and to spread Nāma-saṅkīrtana to every town and village. 🎶🪘

🌼 Special Guest: His Grace Kripamoya Das
A disciple of Srila Prabhupada, he joined ISKCON in 1974 at just 17 years old, helping pioneer the early Krishna consciousness movement. An author, scholar, teacher, and mentor, Kripamoya Prabhu has supported the development of many congregational groups across the UK.

We are truly honoured and delighted to have his association on this most auspicious occasion.

Come and immerse yourself in the joyful spirit of Gaura Purnima and honour the Lord of love and congregational chanting.

✨ Everyone is warmly welcome! Bring your friends and family! ✨

We’re very pleased to announce that HG Navadvip Chandra Das, President of ISKCON South London (Enmore Road), will be joining us on Friday 13 February 2026.

After completing his academic studies at Oxford University, Navadvip Chandra Das pursued a career in engineering for several years before joining the Brahmachari Ashram at Bhaktivedanta Manor. Having served as one of the Manor’s senior brahmacharis for many years, he now regularly teaches and conducts courses, particularly on the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam.

This is a truly special opportunity to hear from and associate with such a knowledgeable senior Vaishnava.

December Marathon – Week 4 ❄️🏆

Yesterday was our final Sankirtan of the Winter Marathon – and of 2025 – and what a finale it turned out to be! 🤩

A total of 110 books were distributed, 80 of which were Bhagavad Gitas 🙌📚

Books were flying through the streets of Rochester – truly no one was exempt from the mercy! Even people pulled over their cars to take a Bhagavad Gita! 👋😁📕🚙

We were especially blessed to have more wonderful devotees touching the pavement for the first time, which made the day even more ecstatic. 🙏❤️

To mark the end of the Winter Marathon, devotees enjoyed freshly baked ‘Prabhupada Cookies’ 🍪 – a shortbread that Srila Prabhupada famously gave to his disciples and their children.

Over the past 4 weeks, around 399 of Srila Prabhupada’s books have been distributed to the beautiful souls of Rochester! 🎉

All glories to everyone who came out in service during the Winter Marathon, and to all those who prayed for the Sankirtan team.

Special thanks and all glories to the empowered devotees for supporting us in bringing transcendental book distribution to Rochester. We can take great inspiration from their dedication – Joseph Prabhu is even still distributing mid-picture 😂

And always, all glories to Srila Prabhupada and Sri Gauranga!

Hare Krishna dear friends and devotees 🙏

We’re pleased to invite you to our first event of 2026 — a complete recitation of the entire Bhagavad Gita!

Daily reading of the Bhagavad Gita, together with chanting the Hare Krishna maha-mantra, can bring about rapid spiritual advancement for any sincere seeker.

So why not begin 2026 with a spiritual recharge?

🗓 Saturday, 3 January 2026
⏰ Recitation: 12:00–4:00 PM | Prasadam: from 4:00 PM
📍 Dabbs Place Farm, DA13 9BL

The Bhagavad Gita is a sacred text, considered the essence of all Vedic philosophy. It was spoken by Lord Krishna Himself to His dear friend and disciple, Arjuna on the battlefield of Kurukshetra, over 5,000 years ago.

Join us as we come together to recite all 700 verses, and hear these timeless, transcendental teachings.

We look forward to seeing you! 😊🙏

December Marathon – Week 3 ❄️🏆✔️

Yesterday was very special here in Rochester!

So many wonderful devotees came out in service—some for the very first time—and so many beautiful souls received the mercy of Srila Prabhupada’s books.

In total, 109 books were distributed yesterday!

As always, we are deeply grateful for the loving support of the empowered ISKCON London Sankirtan devotees.

Any amount of service makes one qualified to engage in the Sankirtan mission—whether it’s distributing maha-prasadam, handing out leaflets with the Holy Names, or simply being present with the devotees. All of these are wonderful services.

Next week is our final day of the 2025 Winter Marathon—let’s make it a big one!

Please join us so we can reach more souls together and bring pleasure to Srila Prabhupada.
