MISERABLE.
That’s how I finished that sentence for myself TWO YEARS AGO.
I knew that if I didn’t get my act together, get fit again, shift my lingering pregnancy weight and find some energy for life, that I’d be miserable.
Because I missed the version of myself that I knew I really was.
The worst thing for me was, I work in this industry. I had the knowledge, but it was a struggle to implement it.
This is how and why I created The Well Within Collective.
If I was struggling when I "technically" knew what to do, how are you supposed to help yourself if you're low on info and letting Google coach you?
There's no shame in admitting you're struggling, whatever your level of knowledge or expertise, and really, by admitting you're struggling, you know that the next port of call is to ask for HELP.
This is what I'm offering inside of 'The Well Within Collective'.
➡️ Mindset coaching. Because if that's not straight, let's be honest, it'll all go to s**t again.
➡️ Education. I promise you, as much as you might Google or ChatGPT it, you're not clear on the health basics of nutrition and movement. If it was clear, you'd be doing it. It is actually that simple.
➡️ Action and accountability. If this is where you struggle, I'll be giving you a kick up the arse to get on with it. You don't need to be motivated, you just need to do it, and I'll make sure you do.
➡️ Support. Some people need a cheerleader and some people need tough love. I'm a coach, so I'm good at figuring that out 😂 We ALL need support when we're making lifestyle changes, and you'll not only have a coach on your side, but other women who are bettering their health too - How great is that?!

You'll need to dedicate a couple of hours a week, when it suits you, to learn, implement and watch the changes 😍
Now, you're probably already making an excuse as to why now isn't the right time to invest in your health, or make changes, or try something new....
But you're actually just keeping yourself safe in your comfort zone.
