Do you know why?

❌ Training for aesthetics is potentially damaging your mindset.

❌ Eating particular foods to maintain a certain weight might be damaging your hormones.

❌ Excessive exercise AND obsessive thought patterns create stress in the body which disturbs gut health and inflammation levels.

⬆️ Wild, right?

Basically, when I'm coaching someone on their health from a holistic perspective, we focus on MULTIPLE aspects of health.

Because are you REALLY healthy because you look or train a certain way?

You can "look" healthy but not be taking care of your hormone balance or mental health.

✅ This is why I'm really passionate about helping people create BALANCE in their health and lifestyle, and why I choose to provide health education alongside coaching.

That way, you can get s**t done by yourself when you've finished working with me 😉

Hear me out....

I KNOW it can seem like it’ll be easier to get a handle on your health and habits when there’s less going on in life.

Because then you can do it PERFECTLY when you have full control, right?

And of course, you don’t want to mess it up and feel like you failed.

You’ll get to it after your holiday, after a wedding, after your kids birthdays, or when you’re not off work and I n a better routine, right?

But let me challenge that thought pattern for a moment 🙏🏻

🤣 SERIOUSLY THOUGH

I don’t know about you, but I exercised for YEARS (maybe decades), to make my body smaller.

To be more “toned”, a dress size smaller, to have less cellulite.

I literally had a FEAR of gaining weight, because I thought my career would suffer.

I cannot tell you how much of a game changer it’s been to start exercising to be able to deal with LIFE.

💪🏻 STRONGER to carry more shopping in, move furniture by myself, restrain my kid when he’s being a dick, or launch him in the air when we’re playing.

🏃🏻‍♀️ FIT enough to run up and down hills with my son at the park, to have more energy in the morning, to drink less coffee and eat less sugar.

🧘🏻‍♀️ MOBILE and SUPPLE to crawl around playing on the floor, clean up the house easily, enjoy gardening without a sore back the next day.

(let’s not talk about the knee injury I gave myself from wearing high heels though).

✅ Getting stronger, fitter, healthier and more energised to handle life feels SO much better than exercising and dieting to squeeze into slightly smaller jeans.

MISERABLE.

That’s how I finished that sentence for myself TWO YEARS AGO.

I knew that if I didn’t get my act together, get fit again, shift my lingering pregnancy weight and find some energy for life, that I’d be miserable.

Because I missed the version of myself that I knew I really was.

The worst thing for me was, I work in this industry. I had the knowledge, but it was a struggle to implement it.

This is how and why I created The Well Within Collective.

If I was struggling when I "technically" knew what to do, how are you supposed to help yourself if you're low on info and letting Google coach you?

There's no shame in admitting you're struggling, whatever your level of knowledge or expertise, and really, by admitting you're struggling, you know that the next port of call is to ask for HELP.

This is what I'm offering inside of 'The Well Within Collective'.

➡️ Mindset coaching. Because if that's not straight, let's be honest, it'll all go to s**t again.

➡️ Education. I promise you, as much as you might Google or ChatGPT it, you're not clear on the health basics of nutrition and movement. If it was clear, you'd be doing it. It is actually that simple.

➡️ Action and accountability. If this is where you struggle, I'll be giving you a kick up the arse to get on with it. You don't need to be motivated, you just need to do it, and I'll make sure you do.

➡️ Support. Some people need a cheerleader and some people need tough love. I'm a coach, so I'm good at figuring that out 😂 We ALL need support when we're making lifestyle changes, and you'll not only have a coach on your side, but other women who are bettering their health too - How great is that?!

You'll need to dedicate a couple of hours a week, when it suits you, to learn, implement and watch the changes 😍

Now, you're probably already making an excuse as to why now isn't the right time to invest in your health, or make changes, or try something new....

🙏🏻 Be Honest!

I’m asking because I hear this ALOT.

The truth is, you might be making less than healthy food choices because you don’t feel confident in what YOU personally need to eat (and how much of it).

Surely, when you feel educated in nutrition, you’ll make the best choices for your body, right?

So, how about.... instead of trying to Google all the answers, saving posts on Instagram, following 10 coaches at the same time, and then STILL feeling too overwhelmed to start....

✅ You just let me teach you.

I’ll break it all down, teach it in short intervals, and make it actually make sense.

It’ll only take me 6 weeks.

Which means you’ll be full of knowledge, making healthier choices, AND feeling the benefits, before summer even arrives.
