Don’t come at me 🤣
1️⃣ Intermitent fasting - If your hormones are struggling, you need FOOD. Yes, you can give your gut a rest overnight from dinner to breakfast, but most of us need nutrients to get our hormones thriving for the day. I know someone will say it “worked” for them, and they’ll mean they lost weight 🙄 It’s not for everyone, don’t get sucked in.
2️⃣ Supplementing EVERYTHING - Face collagen, joint collagen, hormone support, B12, D3, greens powders, creatine, multivitamins, women’s “health” supplements, ashwaganda, lion’s mane.... Jesus, some of us should be rattling. Why don’t we address lifestyle FIRST, get educated about nutrition, see what tweaks we can make, and THEN decide if we need to supplement something?
3️⃣ Step goals - Don’t come for me, I KNOW for some people it’s a great way to start exercising and having something to work towards, BUT, for a lot of women, we need to build STRENGTH as we age, and if you ask me what you should be prioritising, I’m going to say strength.
