Join us for a relaxed walk this where you are welcome to chat openly about all things menopause. Whether you're experiencing symptoms, supporting someone who is, or simply want to learn more, you’re warmly welcome.

• A relaxed, gentle walk
• A safe space to talk, share experiences, and ask questions
• Q&A session with a qualified clinician
• Practical tips for managing symptoms
• Time to connect with others going through similar things

Menopause can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. This is a chance to get evidence-based information, feel heard, and build confidence in taking control of your wellbeing.
