Samhain Ceremony 🎃

This marked our final in-person seasonal celebration as we take Winter Solstice online, cocooning in the comfort of our own homes.

Curating these 8 mini retreats this year has been so special, both for my own journey in cyclical living and sharing this with you all too. It has been truly transformative.

Across the yearly series I have been supported and joined by some incredible women in wellness; .wellproject Thank you for your dedication to what you do and for holding the space so beautifully 🙏

Seasonal Celebration Mini Retreat: SAMHAIN 🎃

Come and join our final in-person mini retreat of the year. Samhain, also know as Halloween and considered the witches’ new year, is here to encourage us to see endings as new beginnings, where the darkness allows both the earth and us a period to rest, regenerate and prepare. A time where the veil between the living and spirit world is thin, so by focusing our attention to our inner world and intuition we will hear the answers to the questions we seek.

In this session we will be be releasing those things that we don’t wish to take with us into our hibernation season, face our shadows and shed light on all that we are to alchemise this in to magik ✨

will guide you through grounding yoga movement which will connect to your chakras (energy centres) and release any tension or stagnant energy to prepare you to transition in to fiery and energetic second part of the session.

is an experienced psychedelic breathwork facilitator (also known as conscious connected breath) and will take you on a fully guided and supported journey of this active breath, finishing with a blissful meditation to alchemise your experience.

‘Psychedelic Breathwork can alter your physiological state, similar to plant medicine. This can facilitate stress release, recovery from trauma and ease anxiety. You can experience a clearer sense of purpose, mental clarity and help build a profound connection to the world and others in it.’
