It's amazing what you can achieve in just 1 month!
My client only started training with me in mid November and by Christmas she had already seen a huge change......

This has been achieved by calculating my clients personalised calories & macros which are suitable for her lifestyle. No dramatic deficits or cutting foods out - managable & sustainable deficit also allows her to have the needy resources needed to be a busy working Mum of 3, a keen running and also hitting those PBs in the gym. Not to mention also doing a house renovation πͺπΌ
Alongside tracking her calorie intake, we have had 1 PT session per week and I've been able to schedule in her running plan and some at home, body weight/resistance band workouts.
I always give my clients a 'buffer' for their calories, so they can always find that balance & factor in social events, weekend plans, birthdays, Christmas etc.
We have to remember life is for living and we can do that with balance, nutritious food & exercise. Making it enjoyable & fun is key.
