Massive shoutout to this incredible woman πŸ‘

She set herself a BIG goal β€” a sub 2-hour half marathon β€” and she didn’t just sneak under it… she smashed it with a 1:57 finish time πŸ”₯πŸ…

This wasn’t luck. This was consistency.

This was early mornings.
This was strength sessions when she was tired.
This was dialling in her macros.
This was showing up again and again.

She committed to her running, continued her strength training, managed her nutrition like a pro β€” and it all paid off πŸ’ͺ

And let’s not forget… she’s a busy mum of THREE, works three days a week, and is in the middle of a house renovation 🏑

No excuses. Just commitment.

An absolute legend.

Happy 2 years to my Hot Cross Bun loving Holly!

It seems like yesterday that we met in Costa to have a chat about you starting some PT sessions, and here we are, 2 years down the line still going strong!

Weekly sessions as well as Monday group classes, and you've continued to show up, work hard & meal prep.....all alongside working & having a crazy football Mum schedule.

Your fitness & strength has come so far, and even when you moan, I know you're secretly still loving it 😜
