Wow!! 🤩

Up to Liverpool for the to support some amazing gymnasts on Friday followed by a weekend of football at for an exciting tournament for the smallest.

Needless to say I was on hand with the K tape on the side line!! A bit battered but a happy Flo who came away with ‘most valuable player’ of the tournament. ✨

The team were OUTSTANDING as always. Well done St Pierre Girls 💎

So proud to see so many strong, confident and fierce women in sport doing what they love ❤️

Tuesday ✨

Ready for a catch up with my lovely people today! Beginning the day slowly with a nice cuppa 😃

Starting the day with some revitalising deep shoulder and neck work on someone who needs a little pick me up. Followed by some foot reflexology to help with relax the body and reset the mind 🩷

For when you can’t be bothered to blend your own this is AMAZING!! 🫚 Great for the immune system as well as fighting inflammation within the body so great for those achy muscles and joints. 💪🏼

Nice early start with some foot reflexology this morning followed by some rebalancing holistic massage to ease into this freezing 🥶 Tuesday!

Still no snow though….

Taking the time to create another new blend of reflexology balm with rosemary oil today. I use this within my foot reflexology treatments. 🩷

Rosemary is an analgesic meaning it can ease pain which is great for inflammation within the body. The aroma can reduce cortisol in the body promoting relaxation along with helping to boost cognitive ability and memory, so a great all rounder!🧘🏻‍♀️

Plus it’s making the house smell lush!!
