What is the Jing Method of Advanced Clinical Massage? The Jing Method of Advanced Clinical Massage is a unique outcome based system for addressing chronic musculoskeletal pain through a tried and tested fusion of advanced soft tissue and massage techniques. Effective with most types of chronic musculoskeletal pain including; back pain, sciatica, neck pain, whiplash, migraines, frozen shoulder, sports injuries, knee pain, ligament and tendon issues. As well as systemic conditions like fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis and plantar fasciitis. The Jing Method™ is a partnership between patient and practitioner where a treatment plan is designed around you and your personal needs. Remedial bodywork is used along with Clinical Assessment, massage fusion, and fascia work of the the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body. The purpose of Remedial bodywork is to help you in injury prevention, increase Range of motion, Rehabilitation after injury and Managing Acute and Chronic Pain. Sports Massage is a form of massage involving manipulation of soft tissue, muscle, ligaments and tendons, to benefit a client who engages in regular physical activity. Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive or strenuous activity. As a qualified and accredited Jing Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist & Sports Therapist, I will work with you through clinical reasoning to create a treatment plan, tailored specifically for your needs and goals. We will decide if a Sports Massage or Remedial Bodywork is the best option for you. Your treatment plan will assist you in reaching your desired outcome in performance and Pain management. With many Physical and Mental benefits of Sports Massage & Remedial Bodywork including stimulating your soft tissues and improved your blood circulation. This can provide you with more energy. Your body will be faster to respond, improving your performance and Improved blood circulation reduces your recovery time. I am a qualified Jing Advanced Massage Therapist and accredited in Ultrasound and Pulsed Magnetic Therapy, and use a very much Holistic approach in my clinic and use CBD and Aromatherapy as a medium to help relieve aches and pains.
