⭐️ A little about me and my journey ⭐️

1. What inspired you to join Slimming World?

👖I didn’t feel confident in my own skin often avoiding photos and wearing certain clothes. I wanted a community around me and a plan which was easy to follow and stick to!

2. How much weight have you lost so far?

4️⃣ I’ve lost 4 stone to date (which was my original target) but now I have a new goal I’m working towards!

3. What’s your favourite non-scale victory?

👖Getting into smaller clothes… I’ve gone from an XL to Medium top and 38” waist to 32”

4. What’s your go-to Slimming World meal or recipe?

🍝I love the marry me chicken pasta ready meal and if I’m cooking it has to be a roast dinner with all the trimmings!

5. What’s your favourite treat or comfort food — and how do you make it fit your plan?

🍫Chocolate is my treat… I’ve got a sweet tooth and I love that I can eat it within my swips so no need to feel guilty!

6. What’s your drink of choice?

🥤I am a Pepsi max lover through and through!

7. What’s your favourite way to get active?

🏊🏼🏃🏻Swimming and I’ve recently started running too!

8. How do you keep your motivation up when life gets busy or challenging?

🎯Remind myself of my end goal and why I’m doing it! I want to be fit, healthy and feel happy when I look in the mirror.
