Romford Care Home is a charming purpose built and carefully designed home where we provide Dementia Nursing, Dementia Residential and End of Life care. We promote a high quality-of-care and active lifestyle in a pleasant social atmosphere. Located over two floors, our home includes light and airy, open plan lounge/diners as well as spacious en-suite bedrooms, and a variety of communal spaces such as a bar, library, dementia-friendly garden room, hair salon, and activities room. Our landscaped gardens are wheelchair accessible and designed to be a welcoming place for people to relax. We are dedicated to providing a person centred, engaging and stimulating resident focused community; where family is at the heart of everything.

Before our residents participated in sowing seeds in propagators this afternoon, we embarked on an enjoyable trip to handpick a variety of herb, flower, and vegetable seeds. The outing was filled with fresh air, laughter, and a sense of community as everyone eagerly explored the different options available. Meet the new additions to our family 🐣 We were absolutely delighted when we received 5 precious eggs, eagerly anticipating the moment they would hatch. To our immense joy, these eggs opened right before our eyes, revealing the cutest, most adorable ducklings! Within just 24 hours, our residents were completely overjoyed, as the arrival of these fluffy little bundles brought an abundance of love, laughter, and cherished memories to everyone. The ducklings quickly became the centre of attention, offering endless opportunities for cuddles and warmth, truly brightening our community and creating unforgettable moments for all.
